Midweek Mancandy: Zac Efron (and his biceps)

"The Lucky One" comes out on Friday and the Pop Tarts are not excited about it at all, since it's based on a Nicholas Sparks book and movies based on Sparks' books almost universally suck. However, they are both going to end up seeing it. Jen because she is a movie reviewer and Kel because her friend wants to go and she loves trashy movies.

However, both are excited to see Zac Efron and his excellent biceps!

Efron became known for his role in "High School Musical," in which he was sooooo adorable! However, he also played a young Simon Tam on "Firefly." How cool is that? After "High School Musical," he started appearing in a variety of movies, doing his best work as a goofy romantic lead in movies like "Hairspray" and "17 Again," as well as two "High School Musical" sequels.


In addition to his biceps, there are other things that make Efron hotter...he practices safe sex (dropped a condom on the red carpet at the Lorax premiere) and can unsnap a bra with one hand (and looks so pleased with himself when he does it).
